HR Manager

We are seeking an HR Manager to establish and lead all of the company’s HR activities.

This is a full-time job from our offices in Ramat Gan (Bursa area).

Responsibilities:
  • Full responsibility of internal HR:
    • End-to-end management of sourcing, qualifying, and hiring employees and instructors
    • Employee wellness – holidays, events, Happy Hour, birthdays, etc
    • Onboarding and offboarding employees
    • Manage internal professional training
    • Company feedback processes
    • People and departmental development
    • Organizational development and executive assistance
    • Responsibility over student guidance and job placement as part of the Marketplace department

Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years experience in HR roles
  • Experience managing a one-man HR department
  • Highly organized
  • Multitasking and prioritization capabilities and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, a people person

    Account Manager

    We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee the full spectrum of our academic guidance and enrollment processes.

    This is a full-time job from our offices in Ramat Gan (Bursa area).

    Responsibilities:
    • Provide academic guidance for our potential customers
    • Define and achieve personal enrollment goals
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prioritizing leads received to negotiations and closing the deal
    • Tracking sales summary and data in our company CRM

    Requirements:
    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • 3-5 yeaers experience in sales, account management, enrollment guidance roles or similar
    • High familiarity with the hitech industry and market
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, people person, understand what moves and motivates people
    • Highly organized

    Marketing Department Manager

    We are seeking a Marketing Department Manager to lead all of our marketing activities, as well as our amazing Marketing team.

    This is a full-time job from our offices in Ramat Gan (Bursa area).

    Responsibilities:
    • Plan and manage the short- and long-term marketing strategy
    • Manage our marketing and distribution, select appropriate marketing channels and adapting them to market changes
    • Growing our customer base
    • Creating all the necessary marketing materials
    • Oversee the customer journey and adapt it to the shifting needs of our dynamic company as we grow
    • Oversee the various digital assets (website, social media pages, promotional videos, content articles and more)
    • Re-defining the product/service as needed to better serve our potential target markets
    • Refining the business’ marketing messaging in order to differentiate its products/services from the competition
    • Manage the marketing budget
    • Oversee the marketing team including training and day-to-day management

    Requirements:
    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • At least 5 years experience in marketing and marketing management roles
    • Experience leading teams and departments
    • Experience interfacing with multiple teams and coordinating between various business functions
    • High familiarity with the tech world and its market
    • High level of strategic and business thinking
    • Highly organized
    • Analytical and technologically capable
    • Multitasking and prioritization capabilities and the ability to work in a dynamic environment

    Payroll Manager

    We are seeking a Payroll Manager to manage the bookkeeping activities of the business.

    This is a full-time job from our offices in Ramat Gan (Bursa area).

    Responsibilities:
    • Employee salaries and payslips
    • Employee expense reports
    • Payments for our vendors and service-providers
    • General administrative support as needed

    Requirements:
    • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
    • 3-5 years experience in similar roles
    • Highly organized
    • Advanced computer application knowledge – Excep, PPT, GSuite, etc.
    • Flexibility, able to expand within the role in a dynamic, growing company
